VIDEO: EXTREME CONDITIONS FLEXITANK TEST
At Trust Flexitanks our new products undergo a very tough testing program before being launched on the market. According to the COA "Code of Practice", flexitanks have to resist 2G impacts caused by possible accidents. Our in-house tests go beyond these requirements and we simulate a 3G accident making full brake manoeuvres at 30kms/hr. The flexitank resisted perfectly with no leakage and no valve damage.
The COA TÜV test in Görlitz will be done in Q1 2012.

Also our bulkhead system is now approved as it did not touch the end walls after the crash and the bottom load valve did not at any time touch the end doors. Trust Flexitanks now complies with all COA requirements to offer its one layer flexitank to the market.
